Tingsha Bells/Cymbals Dragon

Cymbals are used for cleansing your home and your heart as well as providing clarity and spiritual growth. They can be used independently or alongside singing bowls for meditation, music and sound healing. The sound of the meditation bell (cymbals) promotes a sense of peace and calmness. 

They can be used by holding the leather strings, maintaining the balance between two cymbals, and striking each other.
